Create Your Proposal Details Online

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Formerly, proposals have to be created offline and the uploaded to the system during proposal submission. This facility is still available.

Now, a WYSIWYG editor that brings to the web much of the power of desktop editors like MS Word has been integrated into OPM.

You can now type in your entire proposal online.

Subsequently, you can save the proposal as an RTF file to your desktop or laptop. You can then edit it in MS Word, for example; and import it back to your proposal form in OPM.

Uploading of Supporting Documents, in whatever format, is still supported.

Pre-Registration Now Supported

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Formerly, any person or organization could submit a resume or proposal without registration. Now, any user or organization that intends to submit a proposal or resume must pre-register. Registration involves some demograhpic data – name, address, etc – as well as login username, login password and email address. An email message containing the usaername and passward is sent to each registrant.

If a registrant forgets the password, a facility exists on the login page to enter the registered email address and have the system send the username and password to the registrant.
